How It Works
What is the split?
At Paisley Park we offer cash or store credit for items, up front, with no waiting. The percentage of what the seller receives is based on the resell price of each individual item as follows: 40% cash back or 50% store credit.
Should items brought in need to be cleaned in any capacity (due to light odor, pet hair or natural dirt and grime that come with having small children) there is a cleaning fee subtracted from your offer of $5.00 across the board. Make sure to clean all items so you can get the most from your visit!
***Any items that are left in the store for more than one week will be DONATED. Please make sure to pick your items up if we pass on them or should you decline the offer made by Paisley Park Resale.
We buy items for resell every weekday from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. A list of items we will be accepting either of these days is posted to our Facebook page (which can also be found on the Home page on our website). If you have any of the listed items, they can be brought in any time during these hours. We request 48 hours to hold all items to check for stains, tears and odors as well as to check for any recalls. We get high volume on these days and accommodate according to order in which items are delivered. Once we have assessed your items, we will call you back with an offer: we pay in either cash or store credit (you receive more in store credit). If you accept our offer, you can be paid out or use your credit at your convenience. Should you elect to decline our offer, we ask that you pick your items up within 7 days as our storage capabilities are limited.
Are you interested in selling your gently used children's items? Take the following steps to ensure your trip to Paisley Park meets all expectations:
- Have all apparel freshly laundered and in good condition with no stains, tears or excessive fading.
- Equipment must meet current safety standards. We will be more than happy to assist you in checking the status if you are unsure of it.
- All equipment and furniture must have all parts and be in good working condition.
- Clothes need to be in current trends. We reserve the right to refuse extremely outdated garments.
- Your process time for clothing can be more efficient if it is organized in totes or boxes either folded or laid flat. Garbage bag deliveries are not ideal and will take that much longer to process.
- If you are unsure if a particular item is accepted, please feel free to contact the store or visit our Facebook page as well.

Return Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Returns will be treated as a buy-back purchase and you will receive cash or store credit depending on brand and condition of items.
**Due to liabilities and safety, Paisley Park Resale does not accept car seats or cribs in any capacity. We are also currently not accepting DVD's, any children's clothing over size Youth 12, any children's shoes over size 4 or under garments.
Offer are made as a total amount, not itemized. You may have items returned to you. Product condition and current stock will affect offer.
